Closing gifts for real estate agents
Our realtor closing gifts are engraved wood boards with your buyers’ names or family name on them, made to order in our shop in Pryor, Oklahoma. They are a gift the buyers will actually use in the new kitchen, and your name can ride along quietly in the corner.
What goes on the board
The buyers come first. Agents often choose the family name and the year, the couple’s first names, or a design built around the new home, like a Home Sweet Home line, a house key or the street address. If you want to be remembered as the person who handed them the keys, add your logo or a short “Compliments of” line small in a corner. It reads as a signature, not an ad, and that is usually what makes a closing gift feel like a gift.

Uploading your logo
On designs that carry a logo, you upload the file on the product page while you personalize. A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) engraves the cleanest. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. Our designer places it, sizes it for the board and shows it to you on a free digital proof before anything is engraved. If something looks off, tell us and we adjust it.
Maple or walnut
Every board is one solid slab of maple or walnut. Maple is light, hard and tight-grained, so the engraving reads dark against a pale surface. Walnut is a deep brown, a little softer, and hides knife marks and stains well. Both come in 8x12 and 10x14 inches at 0.75 inch thick, and 12x16 inches at 1.5 inches thick. Walnut also comes in a 16x24 inch size. A display stand, conditioning oil, a handwritten card and paper gift wrap are available as add-ons.
Plan around the closing date
Each board is made to order in 3-5 business days, then it ships. Closings move, so the easiest approach is to order when the date is firm, not the week before.
